Customs Duties

If you order items for delivery outside of Australia they may be subject to import duties and taxes. These are levied once the items reach your specified destination.  I am required by law to declare the full value of the items within your order. You, the customer, are responsible for any import duties, fees, and/or taxes incurred on your own purchases. I have no prior warning on whether these charges may be incurred or what value they may be районы СПб as customs policies vary widely from country to country.  Customs authorities may request personal information when inspecting your parcel; failure to provide this information to Customs will result in the parcel being returned. If an order is refused, then you are responsible for the original shipping expenses, as well as any additional duties, fees, customs or taxes incurred in shipping.

Please note that international shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. I cannot guarantee that your goods will arrive in the same condition that they were shipped should they be subject to inspection.

When do you ship?

All orders are shipped out within 1-2 business days.  You will be emailed once your order has shipped along with available tracking information, if applicable.  If any part of your order is backordered you will be notified via email and your order will ship once the products are available.

Can I return products?

Yes. You can return or exchange any unused or defective merchandise by mail. Please email me before returning any products.  Returns made within 30 days of the order shipment date will be refunded to the original form of payment.

What makes your beard oil and moustache wax premium?

Over time I have gone through great lengths to find the best of the best when it comes to ingredients.  In fact, I have bought that much beard oil and moustache wax from all over the world to test it out it's not funny.  Not all oils are created equally and I only use top shelf oil and wax in my products.  I pride myself on offering only the finest materials when it comes to beard oil and moustache wax.
